Often this is a LIBPATH error with the wrong version of a DLL in 
ecs/dll. Test with beginlibpath pointed at @unixroot/usr/lib and 
libpathstrict and if that works, cleanup dlls or put @unixroot/usr/lib 
closer to the front of libpath
