Sir:

Using Peter's build, but is present elsewhere, Spell check will not 
check a line until one rewraps the text.  This is most noticeable when 
replying to someone's post in newsgroups.  Text lines are not being 
wrapped by the composer and spell check will not check the lines.  In 
fact the composer is marking the new text as part of the quoted text. 
This problem first appeared when the spell checker quit checking the 
quoted material.
