It hasn't been called that in a while. I pull the source from cvs using
CVSROOT=:pserver:karnaze%%netscape.com@cvs.mozilla.org:/cvsroot

There is also a tar ball source at
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/release-notes/index.html

mozilla/layout is the place to look in the source.
