OK, then, where can I start ? I've downloaded nglayout and studied for a
while. I've got the point, but I don't understand anything about
WebShell.

I believe that providing a layer to XPCOM is not so diffucult. If I'm
not wrong, XPCOM is  Component-Object-Model,  which is made
cross-platform. For Delphi or C++Builder VCL, I think this will match
perfectly.
