Quite the reverse. Dual licensing will permit loads of other people to 
use Mozilla's work. It will have no direct benefit to Mozilla in terms 
of being able to incorporate more code. Hopefully, it will have indirect 
benefits because more people will work with the code.

This would remove the rights of some companies to use Mozilla code in 
ways they have been using it. This includes Netscape, and would probably 
make them fork Mozilla. This would be bad.
