Subject:    Restart of file download after disconnect

When I want to restart a download after a network glitch, I thought
Netscape was supposed to pick up where the download left off (assuming
of course it's in cache). Mine never does this, and I'm using
Navigator 4.x. Is there some option that has to be on for this to
work? TIA, Bill
