One feature I always hated about applets was the restriction on the height
and width tags.  How about supporting percentages in addition to pixel
values.  This would allow you to create an applet that completely filled
the browser window, or a ticker that is always the width of the window.
Resizing the browser window would just call the applets resize() method.
