I wonder if anyone know the answer to the following, or if not, who
might:
 
        What is the exact method or algorithm for calculating Visa CVV
[card validation value] or CVV2 numbers, or Mastercard CVC or CVC2
numbers, or American Express CIN numbers?  Where is their location in
the magnetic stripe?
