Why is this on the 'Out' list? And to go even further, why is it on the 
feature list?  These are actual bugs not RFEs.

The bug you cited is not the correct bug number.  Try:

NSS uses hardcoded values in commands
	http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=82268

NSS build fails when using GNU ld on solaris
	http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=91224

PSM doesn't pass CC variable to NSS make
	http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=93206


All 3 bugs have patches waiting to be reviewed/tested/checkedin. Why are 
you turning away bugs with fixes in hand?
