Subject:    cookies file on current build growing like crazy

I noticed it a few days ago and thought it was the bug that had already
been discussed - the one about exponential growth.

But, today i couldn't use bugzilla (request size too big) and the
problem was a 600k cookie file.

So, it seems the bug is back.
