I have resurrected the client.mak for the seamonkey world. I
haven't removed the pull_all logic from nglayout.mak yet, but it
should be pulled out of there. I will do that the second week of
January.

For now, the way to build is:
set all your environment variables
cvs co mozilla/client.mak
cd mozilla
nmake -f client.mak pull_and_build_all (also pull_all and
build_all exist as independent targets)

much simpler eh?
