Please visit http://www.mozilla.org and browse around there to find out
what is going on with the tree. Under 'Products -> Documentation', there
are instructions for compiling (building), Under 'Products -> Source Code,
there are instruction for updating your tree, checking current status of
the builds, etc.  This is your best source of information.
