Make sure there is a space between "USE_PTHREADS=" and "export".

"USE_PTHREADS=" means the USE_PTHREADS make variable is
undefined.

"export" is a make target.

Two other minor problems (irrelevant in this case):
- "NS_USER_GCC" should be "NS_USE_GCC".
- "US_USENATIVE" should be "NS_USE_NATIVE"
