The attached test should draw a rectangle with rounded corners (and a
drop shadow). It looks like the GraphicsPath object is not handling the
angles on the arcs correctly. It works on Windows with MS & Mono, so it
must be a libgdiplus issue. If I should file a bug, let me know.
