Also look at www.multiedit.com and www.ultraedit.com
Both products are much cheaper than slickedit.

Do use Slickedit (www.slickedit.com).
It allows to load/store files on the following styles:
DOS, UNIX, MAC, AUTOMATIC (store in style being loaded in)
I work on Linux and use Slickedit myself. But there is
MS Windows Edition.
You need 7th or 8th version.
