Thanks!  I fixed it by changing my MONO_GAC_PREFIX from "/usr" to
"/opt/mono:/usr".

Now -- any chance you might know why breakpoints aren't being hit in MD when
I debug?  It's debugging, and I can pause and step through execution, but no
breakpoints are honored.
