Do you have Qt# (qtsharp) installed on your system? If so, Qt.dll generally 
should appear in /usr/local/lib. If you have Qt.dll in another location, and 
you do not wish to move it, you can set the MONO_PATH environmental variable 
to point to the directory containing Qt.dll. Feel free to contact me if I can
