On .NET Path.GetDirectoryName() normalizes / to \ in directory names.

Example:

  Console.WriteLine(Path.GetDirectoryName("foo/bar"));

On .NET (on Windows) this prints foo\bar, while Mono (on Windows) prints
foo/bar.
