+Cannot serialize Hashtable.Keys
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Try to put a Hashtable's Keys collection into viewstate, or use a binary
+formatter to serialize it.
+
+Actual Results:
+Exception is thrown: "HashKeys is not marked as ISerializable"
+
+Expected Results:
+keys collection is serialized
+
+How often does this happen? 
+Every time
+
