+Summary: Drawing methods do not consider background color for 3d color generation

+Our methods in ThemeWin32Classic to draw frames, buttons, etc, do not 
+consider the background color of the space where they draw on. This causes 
+the wrong colors to be used for, for example, the 3d frame of a button.
+We need to pass the backcolor to all drawing routines.
