As usual, I forget the puncline. If 'hello' fails, the broker should
probably fetch the bootpage. Ofcourse, this could cause needless extra
traffic if there actually is a problem with the metatracker. Hopefully we'll
get rid of centralized metatracker soon. On the meanwhile, that might not be
so bad since 'hello's are only retries every three minutes. Maybe have extra
timeout for bootpage fetching?
