I see.  It's an expression of annoyance, according to Google.

Well, that's the reader supplying that context, not us.  And quantum
computers *are* annoying...

I sort of like it otherwise.  People sometimes talk about "PFS"
handshakes, where the "Perfect" doesn't mean anything, but here
"Further" would modify the "Forward Secrecy" and imply that it extends
further into the future.
