Myzone panel shows "nothing to do today" because you don't have any task. If there is no calendar this week, Myzone panel will show "No calendar entries this week". :)
If you feel unsuitable, you are encouraged to file an enhancement bug in moblin bugzilla.

This could be a user misunderstanding, but!

on my calendar, i have a 5:30pm dinner to attend.
its been on my calendar all week. today, it remains on my
calendar, but the appointments block reports 'nothing to do today' !

what, eating doesn't count?!
