clutter-gst 0.10.0 is now available for download at:

Clutter-GStreamer (clutter-gst) is an integration library for using
GStreamer with Clutter. Its purpose is to implement the ClutterMedia
interface using GStreamer.
Clutter-GStreamer currently requires:
GLib >= 2.10.0
Clutter >= 1.0.0
GStreamer >= 0.10
