I used the kickstart file "netbook-beta.ks" from here:
http://git.moblin.org/cgit.cgi/moblin-image-creator-2/tree/examples/netbook-
beta.ks

In there, the flash_plugin is needed. The two repos used:

repo  --name=moblin2
--baseurl=http://repo.moblin.org/moblin/releases/test/beta/ia32/os
repo  --name=debug
--baseurl=http://repo.moblin.org/moblin/releases/test/beta/ia32/debug

...and it works...

The flash_plugin is located here:
http://repo.moblin.org/moblin/releases/test/beta/ia32/os/i386/flash-plugin-1
0.0.22.87-release.i386.rpm
