Thank you for your adovice.

If you don't need .git in the tarball. you migit be better to use "git-archive".
This step is just one example.

I understand that you say about the things. I think that moblin doesn't have
a policy on RPM. So I think discuss about it. 

As you say, $dist is required. I'll fix it. And currently tarball is old
on build-results. the final step we must show on webpage.
