Hi

I have just committed support for picture EPG to work properly for other
languages too (other than Danish :)). Please test it out and let me know
if you have any problems with it.

From rom the Changelog:

Currently picture was only really working for Danish. The TV.xml file
contains information on how to obtain the logos for the channels so I
put together a small script located in tools/, that will grab the icons
and place them in a folder called epg_icons. The location of the icons
was also somewhat misplaced, it recited in the themes folder even though
it wasn't dependant on the theme, rather the contrary. So the icons has
now been moved to .mms/epg_icons. So when after running the script just
move the epg_icons folder generated to .mms or /etc/mms.

The Danish icons has also been removed from the archive and will be
uploaded to the homepage since the Danish TV.xml doesn't contain
information on how to get the icons.
