Yes you need to look at doc/INPUT-KEYS. ENTER would be the enter key.

If you mean cfg/config, the options possible is documented next to the option.

0.90 will feature a very large number of options and I will probably
 write a seperate documentation for it. Most of the new stuff is not
 trivial to set up.
