No, but that's a very good addition.  I'll try and produce a patch this
weekend.  

If your log2mysql is in perl, you could also use the Spread perl module
(in the spread dist or from CPAN).  The example program with it should
be easy to wrap around your DBI code.  The version of the perl module I
have has a small memory leak though, fyi.
