That's my fault (or Sergueis?) when the driver was submitted to the Linux
kernel. All devs were (at some point) on this ML, I think it's still
appropriate, at least I read this thing (digest, ok, but it counts). I don't
read lkml. Same probably goes for others interested, chance of finding them
here is higher than on lkml.
Btw, any GNU-liking project w/o MAINTAINERS is a bug also, so you should
still add one to mjpegtools. :-).
