Hi all !

I was experiencing very slow experience with lav2yuv on XEON 64. After 
some fiddling i figured out the problem was there on amd64 too.
Changing from libdv-0.102 to libdv-0.104 solved the problem for 
me.(apparently 0.104 has got a patch for 64 arch)
