This is not possible, and I don't know whether there is an
API for that in the KDE Wallet.

>1. Can I get the last modification time of entry?

I don't think the KDE Wallet stores this information.

>2. Can I connect to network kwallet via kwalletcli?

No, kwalletcli only supports the default wallet at the moment.

>3. How can I get non-password entries (Maps, Binary Data)?

This is not possible with kwalletcli due to API design
constraints we must adhere to.

You're the second person to ask for such a synchronisation
tool. kwalletcli was intended to replace ssh-askpass, not
that general. I discussed with the last person, and we
agreed that it would be best to add import and export (XML,
JSON or something) to kwalletmanager (the GUI tool) instead,
and maybe make that drivable by a command line.

FWIW, I'm quite impressed with mksh interactively. I thought it was much
*much* more bare bones. But it turns out it beats the living hell out of
ksh93 in that respect. I'd even consider it for my daily use if I hadn't
wasted half my life on my zsh setup. :-) -- Frank Terbeck in #!/bin/mksh
