I've fixed this.

The problem is that the first time I tried to run cmake from Msys it 
complained sh.exe was in path and suggested me to run from the command 
prompt.

So I did it, but cmake couldn't find pkg-config. One of the experiments 
I made was to move the pkg-config.exe in the game dir I tried to 
compile, but that's why it couldn't find jansson.

In the end I had to delete that pkg-config, run cmake from msys with the 
full cmake path, and it worked.
