The source to bundle is that of MSYS and the source of any binaries
included with MSYS.  You do not need to disclose your proprietary
source unless you've infected it with GPL.  Just using MSYS isn't a
source of infection.  A source of infection is using a library that is
GPL that doesn't give you the right  to use (an exception) without
such infection, e.g. readline is GPL without exception and libstdc++
is GPL with exception.
