Sorry, no. The only problem that I am aware of is that the Windows SDK
depends heavily on MSVC extensions, so it won't quite work right with GCC.

The files are at least still human readable, so it shouldn't give you
much trouble to translate it into documentation in natural language.

I've just added more Win7 and Vista WFP related functions and structures
into the mingw-w64 trunk today, hopefully it can help you out a bit.

A lot of define constants are missing as MSDN doesn't show them, MSDN is
also known for displaying wrong information.
