Can you show the output of

../libtool --version

ls -l m:/development/installed/msys/1.0/mingw/{lib,bin}/mingw/lib/gcc/mingw32/4.4.0/libstdc++*


and for any *.la files in that list, show its contents?

This might be a Libtool or a GCC bug, and if it takes more time to
investigate, we might want to move to a more appropriate mailing list
later.
