* Revert to original MSYS release, based on the upstream 2.7.2
  source code. Reason: could not eliminate flickering black cmd
  windows when launching native apps from the rxvt console.

* Although, we retain renaming the W11 DLL as 'msys-W11.dll'


So, by abandoning my efforts to "modernize" rxvt up to 2.7.10.xxxx, and
going back to the old 2.7.2 version + MSYS CVS fixes, the black cmd
windows go away.  Good enough -- especially as we want to phase out rxvt
anyway.
