When that installer was published, gcc-3.4.5 was still designated as a
release candidate.  During a recent reorganisation of the download page,
I decided that it had remained in that state for much too long, and I
promoted it to `current'; (the GCC maintainer had already stated that
there will be no further changes in the 3.x series, so it's the final
build anyway).

The (different) maintainer of the installer simply hasn't yet brought it
into line with that redesignation.
