This is not correct.  The preferred way of doing this is "mount -c /" and requires
no editing of the registry at all.  On the Cygwin list, we strongly discourage
any manual editing of the registry, and instead we point users at "mount" and
"umount" for everything, because at some time in the future the mount table
might not be stored in the registry -- the commands are there to provide a stable
interface regardless of the details.
