I am getting the following error on m4 while making autoconf. I have
followed all the steps and even retried installing mingw & msys multiple
times to make sure I didn't miss anything. I know similar issue was posted
here earlier. But, I did not see any working solution posted. I also
searched through all the mailing lists - nothing helped. I am newbie at this
- so please be gentle. 

I am following steps from:  http://www.mingw.org/wiki/MSYS mingw-msys 

Please help - I have been trying this for more than 20 hours now. Thanks in
advance.
