Why not use ClamAV to block the virus?  Blocking on filenames is probably 
as bad as blocking email based on subject.  Sooner or later, someone will 
use that subject/filename.  Our director had a customer do that to him. 
Probably useful back in the days of Lovebug, but not with the newer 
viruses.
