No you're not using a JDK, you're running Mifos with the public JRE
installed into  C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin - your log clearly shows
that. - What's most probably happening is that you've installed a JDK, but
that you're JRE is before the JDK on the PATH, or something like that, and
that's why it's running on the JRE.

BTW: I'm unclear if Mifos 2.6.x is now fine on Java (JDK) v7 or not.. I'll
let others comment on that.
