Done.

The next thing is to update the README instructions.  The cobertura
references could be moved to an "optional" section of the README, a separate
README, or moved to the wiki.

For consistency we could have instructions for using each of the
build-xxx.xml done in the same way.

Some thoughts on the different options:
* keeping the basic README as simple as possible argues for removing
references to optional tools (though a clearly marked optional section would
still keep the basic setup simple)
* multiple READMEs (like README.COBERTURA) keep things simple, but could
clutter the top level directory
* wiki pages allow for easy updating of instructions with links to
additional information, but you don't have all the information to run the
builds just by doing a checkout of the source.
