The files sql/rmpdbcreationscript.sql and sql/rmpmasterdata.sql
have been mostly like our other SQL files, but not quite.
I've fixed this, so that everything in those files is also in=20
latest-schema.sql and latest-data.sql. This will also allow
us to upgrade those files using the upgrade_to_xxx.sql
machinery.
In the process of doing this (and having all the relevant
tests pass), I got rid of a lot of MySql-isms. Most of these
were just syntax - the one exception was to get rid of zero
timestamps ('0000-00-00 00:00:00' - even in MySQL, whether
this is accepted depends on the SQL mode setting). I replaced
the zero timestamps with nulls. Hope this doesn't break anything.
