Okay, I've recovered the FAQ application, and put it on the same
production server the midgard site is running on. That way it will
receive better monitoring. The application was running on a playground
machine for employees before.
The prefered management URL for the FAQ system is now
http://faq.midgard-project.org/, although http://faq.envida.org/ will
continue to work for now.

I have of course also removed the temporarily out of order message.
