Summary:  mgd_get_attachment does not return location

Description: 
the docs indicate that mgd_get_attachment  should return location - infact it doesnt. \
- kind of need this to build repligard compatible xml files from php. from oop.c - \
add location at the end..

   case MIDGARD_OBJECT_BLOBS:
         php_midgard_get("MidgardAttachment, return_value,
            "id,name,title,mimetype,score,author,created,ptable,pid,location"
                         MGD_GET_OBJECT_SITEGROUP_FIELD,
                           "blobs", id);
         break;
