Is there any reason why php_midgard_create in oop.c 

does 
RETVAL_FALSE_BECAUSE(MGD_ERROR_NOT_EXISTS) = which calls mgd_err(....)
at the beginning

rather than just
RETVAL_FALSE;

it means that mgd_err is always set to error after creation...
