The system that generates HTML for the site from these SGML files
is currently broken (it keeps losing the correct permissions for
the directories). I'll try to fix it ASAP. In the meantime...

These problems shouldn't affect work on the Manual. All changes
committed will still go to the repository, and will also show
up on the site once we get the generator working again.

Ok, I'll read it through later today.

Oh, by the way, try not to terminate the commit process while
it is running. The rows with question marks are just messages
from CVS, not questions. I'm not sure how well CVS recovers
from broken transfers.
