Hello all,

| Being increasingly annoyed by the HTMLarea WYSIWYG editor in MidCOM, I
| started to integrate another WYSIWYG editor into the MidCOM

| TinyMCE [1], the Tiny Moxiecode Content Editor is (L)GPL as well, it's
| very easy to integrate, very powerful (themeable, plugin support), and
| very nice to configure. It supports XHTML and CSS, there are hooks where
| one can define CSS classes the user can choose from, and it has i18n

Ohh... at least the Full Featured Demo (on
http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/) is very very nice.

| But the best thing is that with TinyMCE it's possible to have more than
| one WYSIWYG editor on one page (/schema), so you can have a HTML
| "abstract" and a HTML "content" field e.g.

This has been possible with the HTMLArea too for some time now.
But another editor is still welcome addition, especially xhtml
capable one.

Only thing I see missing compated to the HTMLArea is
the context menu (you know, right click in the editor
gives context-aware menu).

Bergie: let me know if you can integrate with the Aegir image pop-up.

Cheers!
