The Fourth International Open Source Content Management Conference
(OSCOM 4) will be held in the end of September 2004 in Zürich,
Switzerland. Registration is now open.

The conference program contains several topics of interest to the
Midgard community, including:

~    * Introduction to the BXE WYSIWYG XML editor
~    * Building a CMS desktop client with PHP-GTK
~    * PHP internals
~    * Content and UI accessibility for CMS
~    * Threat modeling for Web applications

In addition, the different CMS demos and business track presentations
ought to be interesting.
